Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

- For everyone's safety, all animals must be on leash in the parking lot and upon entering the facility.
- There is a $50 booking fee for surgical and dental appointments. The booking fee will be applied towards the service and is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled with 24-hr notice.
- There is a $50 booking fee for clients with a history of one or more missed appointments without appropriate notice. The booking fee will be applied towards the service and is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled with 24-hr notice.
- Due to the amount of research and preparations required prior to any health certificate for travel outside of the contiguous United States, there is a $50 deposit due at the time of booking that will be applied towards your exam at the completion of the health certificate examination. Should the exam be cancelled, you forfeit the $50 deposit to Alpine Animal Hospital.
